Dear owners and tenants,
“Kimo” LTD offers the following basis and services:
Swimming pool - all day - free - Working time 9 a.m. until 12 p.m.
barbeque -once - BGN 10 - With right to use the grill, the tables and chairs, the bar and the dishes.
sauna - once, price per person - BGN 6 - Within term of 4 hours with working time between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. – under request and on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
washing machine - once - BGN 6 - Does not include washing powder
cable television access - Installation tax - BGN 160 - The price includes tax for the whole season. The service is supplied by third party and is charged BGN 50 once.
Internet access - Installation tax: BGN 145 ëåâà, Tax per month BGN 35 - The service is supplied by third party and is charged BGN 50 once.

In relation to security and peace of residents in the building and the neighbouring buildings we kindly ask you to abide by the rules of operation and working hours.
